Broker, Candice Friday was first licensed in 1980 and in 1997 became an Associate Broker at Christie's Great Estates on Main Street, Annapolis MD.  As the Top Producer she achieved and was awarded the Lifetime Master Club member status in Anne Arundel County.
 
In 2007, her seasoned 27-year career prompted her to open a ’boutique’ real estate operation in Eastport/Annapolis. LIST FEE 1% == We work in tandem with you to procure the Buyer Non - MLS and perform Full-service tasks through to settlement.

REALTOR ASSIST == Add 1/2 percent... This occurs when you accept a Buyer Broker offer. We assist the Realtor and the buyer by overseeing both parties' tasks through to closing. Total is only 1.5% (plus whatever co-op fee you offered).

BUYER ASSIST == Add 1 percent... This occurs when non-MLS or listed MLS. We assist the unrepresented Buyer by overseeing the contract negotiations and ratification process.
